If I could I would give it a 10 star, one of the most beautiful structures I have ever been to, everything was perfect, their staff, the location, cleanliness and the two little cats who came to greet me every day... An air of tranquility and peace, 5 minutes from the center right from the bus station, coach to the airport for only €2, 12 minutes....What can I say...how wonderful!!!
Andrea was amazing. So kind, and so helpful! He helped us in booking transportation to and from the airport, and everything regarding our stay there went very smoothly. The staff was so nice, and the cleaning was impeccable, along with the complimentary breakfast. Highly recommend!
I loved everything :- the room was spacious, nicely decorated and the bed was really confortable.- the breakfast was also very good.- The most important : the staff was really friendly and kind, especially Georgia and Aura. They are the best !
For a family run hotel, we were made feel like family from day one.Thank you Aura for making our stay so amazing. From start to finish we were looked after so well. She reached out to us 2 weeks prior via WhatsApp to answer any questions we had. The room was fantastic with amazing AC. The bed is very comfy with fresh sheets daily. The pool is wonderful and great for cooling down in.We let Aura know that my partner has MS and needed a room on ground level which was accommodated.Aura gave us multiple lifts into Fira town which is only a 10 minute walk away which we appreciated immensely.Thank you so much for making our trip to San Torini so special. We will be back!!
First time in Santorini. Very happy we choose this place. Very good location, easy walk to Fira. Gregory and his wife was so helpful and made sure we got the best experience from the island. Would highly recommend.
Stayed here for one night before returning home from Greek Island hopping. Really helpful and accommodating staff. Transfer organised from port, room was available for early check-in and we used the facilities after check-out as we had a late night flight. 10 minute walk to the centre of Fira - would recommend to a friend.
We had such a great stay at Plastiras rooms. The accommodation is perfect, lovely interior and nice and clean. The accommodation is perfectly located in Fira in a quiet area but within short walking distance to the centre of Thira. Plastiras is a family run hotel and the host Gregoris and his family were so hospitable and gave excellent local recommendations for things to do/places to eat all over the island. In a place like Santorini where you’re spoiled for choice, the local advice was greatly appreciated. The hotel helped to collect us efficiently from the port and also dropped us at the airport. Gregoris also helped to arrange scooter hire for us. The hotel even has a lovely public shower room for you to use if you have a late evening flight, this was welcomed for us to freshen up after a day exploring the island before our flight. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, we loved our time at Plastiras rooms and will definitely be back.
This family run hotel is perfect for a stay in Fira. We were looked after so well from the minute we got there till the minute we left. The rooms are spacious, well decorated, clean and comfortable with air-conditioning and a small fridge with a very welcome couple of bottles water. We had a gorgeous courtyard setting just outside our rooms to sit and relax in.Aura gave us lots of information about Santorini, a map of Fira and recommendations for restaurants and trips with details of how to get around the Island. It is a 10 minute walk into Fira and a wee bit challenging in the heat so wear comfortable footwear and take a bottle of water. We paid for breakfast each morning which was fantastic value for money and set us up for the day. Tea, coffee, fresh juice, toasties, geek yoghurt, fruit, eggs, cake and for me gluten free bread.Perfect size pool for a wee cool down when it's hot. Pool towels are available and the sunbeds comfortable. There's a wee terrace upstairs with lovely views. We had a late flight and were able to use all the facilities around the pool area and leave our luggage till it was time to leave. We also had use of a shower to freshen up before going home.I highly recommend this hotel in Fira. Thank you Plastiras Rooms for a perfect stay.
Very friendly, helpful and kind personnel, really beautiful and clean rooms, cozy outdoor sitting area and nice location, very close to Fira center. Overall a great experience! Thank you for everything!
What a warm and friendly welcome from Gregory and Aura, our hosts. The property is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Fira and had everything we needed. The rooms were clean, relatively spacious and had an iron and aircon as nice to have extras. We also took a tour of the island with our hosts. We saw more than any other 5 hr tour offered and had a small group experience for a fraction of what a private tour would have cost. Don't even think about booking elsewhere for both the rooms and the tour.
